How to play

Ciel rises on the left, Mer falls on the right. Tap a half to move that one between its two lanes and keep both clear of the bars. Clear both sides at the same moment and their hearts beat as one: that is a sync, and syncs raise the multiplier. Catch stars and pearls on the way; letters arrive as you score. zen mode is a calmer drift where nothing is earned.

Questions

Where is my progress kept? Can I move it to a new phone?

Everything is saved on your device; there is no account. Your device’s own backup and restore (iCloud Backup, or Google backup on Android) carries it to a new device of the same kind. Deleting the app deletes the progress.

The game feels too fast, too flashy, or hard to tell apart.

In settings: reduce motion (no shake, flashes or slow motion), patterned bars (stripes and dots, not just colour), swap sides (mirror the game for left hands), zen pace, and the sound, music and haptics switches.

I want to see the tutorial again.

Are there ads?

Only when you tap “watch a short ad” for a second chance, doubled keepsakes or a daily extra. There are no banners and nothing plays by itself. Watching one supports the people who made halfway; skipping them changes nothing you can reach.

How do I change my ad choices?

In the app: settings → privacy options (shown where the law requires it). On iPhone and iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (on some phones Google → Ads).

I bought the supporter pack. How do I get it back on a new device?

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account, open settings and tap restore purchases. The app also checks the store’s record each time it starts.

I want a refund.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history for Google Play.

The app crashed.

A crash report without anything that identifies you is sent the next time the app starts, so we usually know. If it keeps happening, please write to us with your device model.
